walgreens photo area. You can order it there. call ahead to ask for price and see what’s required.
i am not sure where you are living at. but most photo studios do this as an extra service. bring your pic in softcopy to the studio , preferably taken at high resolution and ask for jigsaw copy of it.
shouldnt cost too much. prices are quite competitive
